GF13-011NC Dragon Gundam ドラゴンガンダム

This here is what prompted me to even look at the G-Gundam BB Senshi line.  Initially I didn't pay any attention to them because I figure mobile fighters won't have any projectile weapons, and sure enough, Shining Gundam and G-Gundam on GG doesn't have any projectile weapon, so I thought I was right.  Until one day, I visited this site: http://www.dalong.net/review/sd/g26/g26_p.htm  It is the site that inspired me to do my own blog, I think he does a much better job in reviewing the kits.  Anyway, it is from here that I found out Dragon Gundam has this duel weapon, so I looked into the older BB senshi kit and found out all the G-Gundam character no ONLY have spring loaded weapons, they also come with original crystal armors, so I just went nuts looking for them, and luckily, there was a relaunch in the summer months so I was able to get all of them back.

Being a Mobile Fighter and all, Dragon Gundam has no gun and no shield, but it comes with two spring loaded Flame Thrower and the crystal weapons.

 Core lander from the front.

Core lander from behind.  We can open the canopy on this just like Shining Gundam's.

 Gundam Fight, Ready............

 Go!

Dragon Gundam from the front.  The color coordination is excellent to begin with, I just added the gold and a little bit of white on his legs, plus a little red under the eyes and lips.

The flexible arms allow us to strike different post, but the dragon head gets in the way sometimes.

 A kicking attempt.

 Dragon Claw Mode!

The claws are actually held like a gun, but it is pretty well concealed.

This is the crystal weapon system.  It is a support vehicle when not in use.

Can also be mounted on the core lander, but this is one of my least favorite position, so I might never use this.

 Five Dragon Mode!

The projectile is suppose to be an ice flame(blizzard?)"
Looks better from a side angle.

Time to try out the weapon, ready............

FIRE!............the bullets fly pretty far, but the clear parts have even less mass, so it didn't do any damage to the dummy.

NRX-055 BOUND-DOC バウンド・ドック

I got lucky this time and was able to get my hand on the original Baund Dog kit, I am not sure if it is Baund or Bound, but it doesn't reall matter.  The comic world is funny because it is depicting this MA as a female character.  I guess the skirt does suggest it might be a female.

Here's the weapon set, spring loaded gun, beam saber, and the left arm is like a built in shield.  It also comes with a miniature version so we can do something with the spare parts when we transform.

 Bound Dog from the front.

Bound Dog from the back.  The Vernier Thruster is a nice touch.

Shield to block incoming attacks.

Beam Rifle, the and its a clip on type, I think this is the only kit that has he clip on hand.

 Beam Saber.

 Miniature Transformed.........form.

Take the upper body away, remove the left arm, and add the missile launcher..

And the MA mode is completed.

The spare parts can be put together for this even more out of proportion model.

Head can tilt up.  I can probalby make better pose for Bound Dog, but these day I am lacking imagination, so this is what I got for now.

Officially, the missile launcher is a MA only weapon, but it doesn't matter, because BB senshi is flexible,  It rather looks like a handbag, however.

 Shooting range time.

Direct hit!  Forgot to mention, I used the stock spring for this and the gun turns out to be still pretty powerful.

GF13-001NHII Maser Gundam マスターガンダム

This is the GG kit for Master Gundam.  From what I read it is the modification of a old Musha series kit.  I knew it doesn't come with any spring loaded weapon, but this is such a legendary character that I just couldn't pass.

This is it!  There's absolutely no weapon for Master Gundam!  Who needs weapon when your pilot can defeat death armies bare handed?  That being said, the painting for this kit was extremely easy,  the color coordination for the kit itself was really well done.

 Master Gundam from behind.

 Master Gundam from the front.

there are a few extra joints for him so gives a little more posing freedom than the older kits.

And that's all I have for Master Gundam.

MSN-02 Zeong ジオング

This is the first time I get a plastic model of any scale for Zeong.  It turned out to be an excellent kit, despite being one of the very first BB senshi, the color distribution was excellent and very little work is required to complete the painting.

Here's all the parts, it's the the wire for the wire control arm, but Zeong doesn't have any melee weapon except his own hands, and of course he doesn't have any shield.  Instead, the two arms of his are both spring loaded weapons!

The head is separable just like in the anime.

Surprisingly, it has the mold of a thruster at the bottom!  Such details in a 300 yen kit!
Zeong with his original karate chop hand.

 Zeong from behind.

The bottom also have a full set of thrusters.
Perfect Zeong, the only difference is a pair of legs.  Now the skirt looks really weird.

These are the new arms parts, I like this better, it reminds me of some old school Super Famicom games he use to appear in.

 Wire controlled Psycommu.

 Scary arms.

Yup, that's a reason why he is on the bad guy's team, pretty scary dude.

 Time for the shooting range.

Critical hit!  The weight of the hands didn't allow it to fly far, but it sure packs a punch.
